FWF Creative Challenge Recap - Week 2

Ok...so the format of the creative challenge (shopping ban) I was planning on using isn't going to be feasible with the kids and sometimes not being at home most of the day.

Here is the NEW plan...

1) I will post during the week (here) as I create when I am able. Some may have videos, some many not.

2) The contest still remains, but will be a weekly contest with a recap of my creations posted on Friday. You will need to comment and/or post your creation DIRECT LINK on Friday. Feel free to comment during the week, but only comments from Friday will be entered into the drawing.

3) The winner will be posted on my blog the next time I post. The packages from last week have been mailed. I hope everyone enjoys their goodies!

Using Samantha Walker and Unity set, Decadent Pear

Remember -- post a comment here and be entered into a drawing for something from my stash. Get an additional entry by posting a DIRECT LINK to a project you created with items from your personal stash. Check here on my next post for the winner! Email me at shamrockstamper@gmail.com if you see your name posted as a winner!

This is my alltime favorite Unity set! You should put it in the Splotcoast gallery with Samantha Walker as one of your ket words and I am sure she will find it! She commented on a page I made using this set. it made my day! These cards are so gorgeous!

Both of these cards are gorgeous. The white embossing with the red really pops. Just beautiful.

Squeal! I love, love how you used these stamps...I'm never quite sure how to use the Samantha Walker stamps and your idea is fabulous. WOW!

I love this! You have inspired me to try this. I have always admired kraft with white, but for some reason haven't done it. And these are beautiful cards :)

Such fabulous cards and a great video explaining your technique! I must try this. (Of course, your video makes me want the Decadent Pear set which would not help my shopping ban....hee-hee!) I'm sure I can find something in my cabinet that will work, too. Thanks for the inspiration!

Very lovely cards!

OK, so this card doesn't use white embossing on kraft (which I still want to try), but it did use several items in my cabinet that I hadn't yet used (which was inspired by your blog). Here is the result: http://www.splitcoaststampers.com/gallery/photo/2018941?&cat=500&ppuser=228084 Thanks for your inspiration to use stuff instead of spend more for stuff!

These are absolutely gorgeous, Morissa! I love the colours you used. I don't nearly heat emboss enough and need to give this a try!

I also wanted to join in on using up our stash, so I also blogged about your challenge today (7/26)...let me know if I stated anything incorrectly though! *smile* Jen http://jenscupofcreations.blogspot.com/
