I have been watching the comments at my SCS gallery and ALWAYS notice the the cards I dislike the most or spent the least time and thought on get the most comments. Seriously, do I have odd taste in what is best that I create? Perhaps I am disillusioned by the amount time that I put into a particular creation. Generally, the cheesier my cards look the more comments they receive. I am not trying to say that other people have no taste and do not know a good thing when they see it. (LOL!) Just a trend that I have noticed. :)

My first inky entry...
I am yet another victim of the rubber stamping bug. I started stamping in August of 2003 after attending a Stampin Up workshop hosted by a friend of mine. I went figuring that I would have no interest in it whatsoever. Wrong! About 30+ stamp sets, papers, embellishments, tools and miscellaneous accesories later here I am. I am, however, not a scrapbooker as my husband and friends will attest to. I avoid scrapbooking like the plague. :) I am trying to get better about it!
My dad is an artist...actually, a retired art teacher who is an active photographer and extremally interested in getting me more involved in mixed media and printmaking. My mom is also a crafty one who can make bows, knits and buys stamps to support my habit. It helps having two crafty parents!!
My brothers are fairly artistic as well. Christopher excels at drawing and comedy, while Ian is aspiring to be in the medical profession and currently in the army as a medic at Folk Polk, LA.
Lastly and most importantly, I have a wonderfully loving and supporting husband who wants this for me as a therapeutic device and retreat from the riggers of every day life. Mitch is my best friend and true love...he is going to die if his friends read this!
I plan on sharing family & friends pictures and events here as well as more of my crafty creations and inspirations.
